3. Place an Order
Only registered wholesale accounts are permitted to place orders on our wholesale portal.
At Lexi Lighting, we arrange to send the ETA and daily stockfeed to our wholesaler's preferred email. To ensure that you receive the daily stockfeed, please contact us at info@lexilighting.com.au to set up your email with our system.
While we strive to maintain accurate stock availability and estimated time of arrival (ETA) information, these are subject to change without notice.
We use third-party logistics providers for order fulfilment. Freight rates are calculated via our portal. Freight charges and conditions are subject to change.
4. Creating an account
To apply for a wholesale account, please click the "Create an Account" button on our website and fill out the application form. Within 3~5 business days, we will process your application and send the result to back.
5. Delivery
All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days from receipt of order where the customer account is in order. Delivery times vary. Should express delivery be required please advise our internal sales team and we will assist where possible.
6. Order Hold Cancellation Policy
At Lexi Lighting, we understand that sometimes orders need to be placed on hold for a period of time. However, in the event that an order is cancelled after being placed on hold for more than 2 weeks, we will need to charge a restocking fee in order to put the items back into inventory.
The Inventory Holding Cost will be a 10% to 25% percentage of the total cost of the items and will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the quantity and condition of the items being restocked.
Please note that this policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently manage our inventory and minimize any disruption to our operations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

By placing an order to be supplied by Lexi Lighting, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
